We specialize in working with foreign investors, particularly Israelis, as we are fluent Hebrew speakers. Daniel, the owner of the company, was also a remote foreign investor in the past, so he deeply understands the unique needs of this type of investor.

Daniel Nigri

Owner & Co-Founder

Daniel is a graduate of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, earning his degree in Civil Engineering cum laude. With over 10 years of experience in real estate investing, he began his journey in Israel before transitioning to the U.S. residential market in Ohio in 2017 as a remote investor. Having been a remote investor, Daniel has firsthand knowledge of the challenges, pains, and nuances of working with property management companies that lack experience with foreign investors. This experience inspired him to establish a property management business that specializes in catering to the needs of foreign investors, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. With extensive experience in real estate investing, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the property market. Fluent in English and Hebrew and deeply committed to supporting foreign investors, Daniel leads with expertise and vision.

Snir Edri

Director of Field Operations & Co-Founder

Snir brings over 8 years of experience as a general contractor, having completed more than 400 renovations of residential properties and apartment buildings. Fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew, he oversees construction and maintenance operations, ensuring that all properties under our care are maintained to the highest standards. Snir's expertise in construction and manpower management is a cornerstone of our ability to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, Snir holds a degree in Business and Economy from the University of Beer Sheva, Israel, and is an experienced real estate investor and owner of multiple properties, further enhancing his understanding of investor needs.

Clint Musselman

Property Manager

Clint has vast experience in property maintenance, having worked in various positions over the past 25 years since he was 15 years old. He manages the day-to-day operations of nearly all aspects of property management, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating with subcontractors for maintenance, tenant screening, property showings, rent collection, and all tenant communication. Clint’s hands-on approach and deep understanding of property maintenance ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Clint is leveraging his deep local connections in Ohio to manage day-to-day operations and vendor relationships. His hands-on approach ensures smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
